Before sending an inquiry

Include your device model, OS version, Baekya version, what you were doing and any error message. Send only information needed to explain the issue. Do not send a backup password or private photos and notes. We cannot access your album remotely.

Waiting for a photo

After a capture is accepted, Baekya hides the result until its reveal time. You can read the back of the card while waiting. The exact scheduled time stays hidden. Notifications may be delayed or missing; reopen the app to discover photos that are ready. Changing the device clock is not a supported way to unlock photos early.

Notes and deletion

You can resume an unfinished note. Once explicitly sealed, its text and formatting cannot be edited. An unfinished or empty note does not delay the photo's reveal. You can move a photo to Trash, restore it or permanently delete it after confirmation. Deleting in Baekya does not remove exported backups or copies saved elsewhere.

Back up before removing the app or changing devices

Use the app's manual backup and keep the encrypted file and its password in safe places. Baekya has no account or server recovery service. We cannot reset a forgotten backup password. If the device and its data are lost without a usable backup and password, we cannot recover the album.

Manual backups include Trash photos, but not device-specific daily capture-limit records or app preferences. On a fresh device, restored Trash photos enter the active album. If the same photo is already in local Trash, that local state is preserved. Keep your current device data until you have checked a restored backup.

Restoring or saving photos

Choose a backup file in the app and enter its password. If restoration fails, keep the original file and report the error without sharing the password. To save a revealed photo to the system library or share it, use the photo's available actions. Manage copies and any cloud synchronization in the destination service.
